Princess of Little Kingdom

This is the first of my fairy tale-like mixed media illustration on paper. Every time I go to the place of my heart (Monferrato, in lovely Piedmont where I live) I'm inspired with new magical feelings.
This time the warmth and color of summer took me to medieval times: lovely sweet hills with ancient castels, flowers and vineyards everywhere make me feel I've stepped back in time and I'm surrounded by magical beauty...

Whimsical art!

Lately I've been thinking about starting an art blog. I've different blogs about things I love to do and since I've been making various sorts of art works during the last two years, I felt the need to start a Diary about my Art journey and hopefully  share experiences and contacts with other art lovers out there... Why now? Because it's been a little while since I started feeling a sort of calling to do more and more colorful, children-like and whimsical illustrations and I wanted to start  keeping a record of my changes, new ideas and new feelings about media and inspiration altoghether...Let's start!!!
